At TrendSet, every product is custom made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes after delivery
• Ordering the wrong product

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged during shipping
• Contain manufacturing defects
• Differ from the item ordered

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled because it is being custom manufactured specifically for your order.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
